SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch your order within a working day of you placing your order.
If you have chosen the click and collect option at checkout, your order will be ready for collection from Deeside Gifts within 24 hours* of you placing your order (yes, even on a Sunday). Please bring a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with you when you collect. *For personalised items, it may be longer - we will email you when your personalised item order is ready for collection - please do not arrive without your email confirming that it is ready for collection.
Current shop opening hours are: Mon - Sat: 09:30 - 17:30 & Sun - 10:00 - 17:00.
Royal Mail services are not guaranteed, but you can expect timescales as follows:
Royal Mail Tracked 48: within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
At the moment, we are sending parcels TRACKED 24/48.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please inform us of your intention to return your purchase within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can let us know by emailing email@example.com
Purchases are returned at the buyers expense (unless goods are faulty) to the following address:
Deeside Gifts, 18-20 Bridge Street, Ballater, AB35 5QP
We recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning your purchase. Items that have been used or worn will not be refunded. Tags should still be attached.
A refund will be issued via original method of payment on receipt of returned goods.
Personalised items can not be returned, unless faulty.
